Welcome to our discussion board on the Eucharist: A Bible Study.  This is created to accompany the reading of the book The Eucharist: A Bible Study Guide for Catholics by Fr. Mitch Pacwa, SJ. The books are available for $8 through the parish office at Our Lady Queen of Peace in Hewitt, NJ. Kindle edition also available on Amazon.

    This morning we just reflected on the Baptism of Jesus and our own baptismal commitments which shape our everyday life, as Jesus' did his.

    I think of Jesus feeding the 5,000. They were hungry and he gave them something to eat. His heart was moved with pity because they were like sheep without a shepherd.
